Foley Fest Set For March 23

ATHENS-----Ninth-ranked Georgia will hold the inaugural Foley Fest Saturday, March 23 during the LSU baseball series.
From 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Foley Field parking lot, fans will be treated to live music featuring Todd Cowart and the Blank Canvas, interactive games and activities will be set up along with food tents.
The Bulldogs will be playing host to the Tigers in their SEC home opener, and all signs point to it being a matchup of top 10 teams. Currently, LSU is undefeated and ranked as high as No. 1. Saturday's Georgia-LSU game on March 23 at 1 p.m. is already a sellout while a limited number of tickets remains for the contests on Friday (March 22) and Sunday (March 24).
"Our fan support has been tremendous, and we wanted to do something special for our first SEC home weekend," said Georgia's Ike Cousins head baseball coach Scott Stricklin. "Foley Fest will be part of a fun and exciting day to be around the park even if you don't have a ticket to Saturday's game. We're hoping the entire series will be a sellout too."
